World Gaming Announces Board Changes

    World Gaming plc (OTC BB: WGMGY) announced the resignations of Fred Hazell as Chairman of its Board of Directors and Jason Bolduc as Director. The company's CEO, Mike Aymong, will assume the position of Chairman on an interim basis.
