    MIS International/USA announced today it has appointed David C. Lysne as Chief Operating Officer.

    Lysne, who holds an accounting degree from Arizona State University and is a CPA, comes to MIS International/USA from Arthur Andersen business consulting, where he was the Director of the Worldwide Gaming Technology practice. Among his other responsibilities at Andersen, Lysne was responsible for assisting new and existing casinos in evaluating and implementing casino management system solutions.

    Lysne will be responsible for all operations at MIS International/USA, including sales.
