ATE and River City Group combine forces to stage first European Interactive Gaming Show London
Two of
the international industry’s most renowned gaming show organisers are teaming
up to produce the premier event for the burgeoning interactive gaming industry
in Europe. ATE, which stages the International Casino Exhibition (ICE)
held in London every January, is joining forces with The River City Group,
organisers of the Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Expo, the largest
show in this hi-tech sector of the gaming industry.
Taking
place at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos in Barcelona, Spain on October 15th
and 16th, the European Interactive Gaming Congress & Expo (EIG) is
set to become the largest and most comprehensive i-gaming event yet held
in Europe, covering a region which is clearly leading the world in development
and deployment of interactive gaming products and applications.
With a theme of ‘Challenges, Solutions & Opportunities for the European i-Gaming Market’, the European Interactive Gaming Congress & Expo will highlight evolving regulatory concerns such as money laundering, new products in wireless and interactive TV technology, as well as looking at how lotteries are progressing, among other topics. In addition, the event will include a limited trade show component with space for a number of exhibitors catering for the European i-gaming community.
River City Group CEO, Sue Schneider added, “We’re pleased to team up with ATE, which is so knowledgeable about the European gaming industry, and combining this with River City Group’s seven-year history in the i-gaming industry, we plan to jointly produce the most comprehensive event ever yet held in Europe on this topic.”
