Gaming Laboratories International, Inc. (GLI) announces the promotion of Christine Gallo to Director of Quality Assurance

Gaming Laboratories International, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Christine Gallo to Director of Quality Assurance.  Mrs. Gallo has been instrumental in managing the rapid growth of the Quality Assurance Group, which was formed five years ago to independently review all test results produced by GLI in North America.  During these past five years, the Group has more than tripled in size producing nearly 30,000 certifications per year for GLI clients worldwide.

 "Chris has been an intricate part of GLI for many years in her role in forming our QA department.  She will oversee the Quality Assurance Group functions in all of our North America offices, as well as take on many new responsibilities such as managing and authoring GLIís new set of worldwide technical standards," said James R. Maida, GLIís President.  Currently, GLI-11:  Technical Standards for Gaming Devices in Casinos and GLI-12:  Progressive Standards for Gaming Devices in Casinos have been finalized and available for distribution.

GLI currently operates wholly-owned and fully-staffed gaming test laboratories in Toms River, New Jersey, USA; Golden, Colorado, USA; Hillegom in the Netherlands; and Adelaide and Sydney in Australia and has provided staff for the laboratory in Pretoria, South Africa.  GLI employees number approximately 120 worldwide, providing more than 30,000+ certifications annually to over 300 gaming regulatory bodies worldwide.  GLI was founded in 1989 by James Maida and Paul Magno and was the first independent gaming test laboratory of its kind.
