Nevada Gaming Control Board Recommends Aristocrat For Licensure
Determination To Go Before Nevada Gaming Commission August 24th

In a unanimous decision, the Nevada Gaming Control Board
recommended Aristocrat for licensure during their Board meeting Aug. 9th, in
Carson City.  The Boardís positive recommendation will be forwarded to the
Nevada Gaming Commission for final determination on Aug. 24th.

Aristocrat, the Australian-based gaming manufacturer, applied for a gaming
manufacturerís, distributorís and operatorís license in Nevada to further
strengthen its global strategy which includes a commitment to the U.S.

suitable for a license in Nevada is excellent news for the company and all
