ICE welcomes 22 new exhibitors

29th November 2000

If the vitality of a business-to-business exhibition is judged on the ability to attract new customers, then London's International Casino Exhibition is clearly in excellent health.

The exhibitor line-up for ICE 2001 includes no fewer than 22 companies which will be making their first appearance at the London show, a figure which equates to 22% of the total showcase.

The focus for this growth has been the introduction by the show organisers of two new features, the ICE 2001 Machine Components Village and the much anticipated Future Game section, which has attracted widespread interest from within and outside the casino industry.

Explaining the rationale for the new show features, ICE sales manager Karen Cooke said: "Buyers travelling to ICE do so in the expectation of seeing commercially attractive products and services presented in an accessible manner. Future Game addresses the extremely current issue of on-line gaming and the Machine Components Village will provide buyers with ease of access to the leading manufacturers and suppliers in this important sector of the industry."

She added: "With more than one in five exhibiting companies making their first appearance at ICE 2001, buyers should have little difficulty identifying the most precious commodity at an exhibition - new products."
