LAS VEGAS.
October 11th
Gaming Internet portal www.playersnetwork.com
will host a three-day
live-streaming broadcast from the World Gaming Conference and Expo
(WGCE)
October 18-20, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (PST) daily on the worldwide
web.
Live news about the world’s largest gaming expo will also be available
in
the web-based version of the World Gaming Live!, the official daily
newspaper of World Gaming Congress.
PlayersNetwork.com partnered with WGCE 2000
and IGT (International Game
Technology) to produce the live-streaming Internet broadcast from the
expo
at Las Vegas Convention Center. Also, video from each day’s top events
will
be archived and accessible for download until November 30, 2000.
Players Network broadcasting headquarters will be
located inside the IGT
Booth (# 3122), on the expo floor. From a raised production stage
above the
booth, broadcast hosts, guests and audience will have a birds-eye view
of
activities on the convention floor. Playernetwork.com will also
tape sound
bites and interviews from various spots within the center, as well
as
broadcast from the Gaming Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies Thursday
night.

A live daily newspaper (World Gaming Live!) will
be published at the expo
the mornings of October 18 and 19. The paper will also be posted on

It will feature stories and photographs from
several hot-topic seminars each day, as well as news about the hottest
