Thomas Bell, Corporate Relations Manager of Great Canadian Gaming (GCGC) is pleased to announce that the Company has received a Service Supplier License from the Washington State Gambling Commission. This license allows the Company to conduct gaming activities in Washington State.

GCGC, through its wholly owned subsidiary Great American Gaming Corporation (GAGC), after receiving a Service Suppliers License and other regulatory approvals has completed the cash purchase of 50% of the issued and outstanding common shares of SBD Inc. (SBD)

SBD is the owner of the Riverside Casino located in Tukwila, Washington. The Casino is a fully licensed entertainment facility consisting of a restaurant, nightclub and table games including Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker and Let it Ride.   In addition to the Riverside Casino, SBD has a second undeveloped casino license and an 11,000 sq. ft. building on two acres of land.

Great Canadian Gaming Corporation is the largest community-based gaming management company in British Columbia with six casinos and over 1000 employees.  The Company is focused on improving profitability at its existing casino facilities and is pursuing its objective to become a fully licensed multi-jurisdictional gaming operator.
