EndX recently completed the installation of their Pit Assistant solution at the Holiday Palace casino in Cambodia. The now booming Cambodian town of Poipet, situated on the Thai border is quickly becoming the capital of Asian gaming. So much so that players flock from Bangkok to enjoy the delights the casinos can offer in an area that is now also known as "Asia's Vegas".
Holiday Palace where the first casino to open in this area and, as such, has always introduced new ideas to keep ahead of the competition. For this reason the casino searched for a Casino management product capable of tracking players and junkets, performing table transactions, issuing complimentaries, recording staff performance and hourly results. EndX were able to provide the ideal solution, allowing easy operation by use of swipe cards and touch screens.
Holik Tandijono commented "We approached EndX with a view to finding a system to both track and reward our players. The border area is now highly competitive with 6 casinos opened and a 7th on its way. We studied the trends and confirmed that short term promotions were not the answer. EndX were able to offer a system to establish our long term objective - keeping our key players!".
As the casino has over 65 tables and 100 slot machines, manual tracking of players proved impossible. The EndX system registers players within the loyalty scheme and generates grading based on play by a few simple actions on the pit touch screen. The system also links with the Cage for player buy-in/cash out, junket rolling, balancing and other cash desk functions. All complimentaries issued to players are recorded on the player's tracking record. Senior casino staff can then review this information and make a quick management decision on issuing further complimentaries, based upon the player's value to the casino.
EndX are already developing enhancements - introducing player loyalty with
live gaming to take in-house promotions to new heights and enforce the
Holiday Palace as Poipets premier casino.
