Recently Atronic's official web site www.atronic.com celebrated its first anniversary. Since its launch in May 2000 the web site has enjoyed visits from over 11,250 visitors worldwide with about 606,000 page views.
The Game Book area allows Atronic customers with a personalized password to access information on Atronic games, including jurisdictional availability, game variations and feature descriptions. In the ”Service” area of the website the user can find technical specifications on all machines and download game documentation. In the “Sales” section customers can easily identify their nearest Atronic sales representatives and contact them directly. The “News” area contains up-to-date information on industry shows and events as well as – very crucial for all European operators at the time – information on the Euro transition. Under “Career” interested users can find global career opportunities at Atronic. Last not least the “Marketing” section offers the opportunity to order brochures and promotional material on Atronic games. “We have found that our website has been very well accepted by a vast majority of our customers worldwide” stated Sylvia Dietz, Atronic’s Marketing Manager. “Customer comments as well as our own statistics prove the website is being used very actively to obtain information on our products and services. Our website has been structured in a way to be interactive, user-friendly and informative and this has proofed to be just the right mixture.” Atronic has now prepared a Spanish version
of its website which will be launched soon. This will make the use of the
website even more convenient for Latin American operators. For the future
further extensions and new features are planned like for example the Atronic
players club, which will be a forum for players worldwide. The company
