Atronic International dominates bid once again in Uruguay

Luebbecke, Germany
July 5th, 2001

Atronic has once again come out ahead of competitors, recently in Uruguay’s annual government bidding process whereby gaming companies have submitted proposals in hope that they will be awarded the most out of around 500 games.  This year bids are in and Atronic has again won the majority of this years games to be purchased by the government continuing the companies strength in Uruguay.  Atronic has beaten all other manufacturers competing in the bid with a majority of 145 games awarded to Atronic.

Atronic´s continued success in Uruguay started back in 1997 when the company won the bid with 300 games after successful trial of 10 games at the Victoria Plaza Hotel, operated in joint venture with the government.  It was quite a feat to get the foot in the door due to the already extensive game variety but with the dedicated efforts of Victoria Parrott, General Manager of Latin America and Carlos Alejo Mautone, Sales Consultant for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, Atronic was able to get a good start in this market in a short period of time.

Atronic games ordered in the year 2000 Bid included 130 Cashline games and 15 Roulettes. Cashline is Atronic´s latest product series, which brings a new dimension of fun to the gaming floor, featuring brilliant 3-D graphics in combination with an exceptional stereo sound package.  In addition, all Cashline games are equipped with a touch screen interface for enhanced player interaction and exciting new game features.

This latest success in the government bid goes to show the power of Atronic games with Uruguayan customers who are quite a diverse group of gamblers and it also points out how competitive Atronic games really are.
