Overwhelming Attendance at Atronic's Technical Workshops Luebbecke, Germany
During this year’s SAGSE show in Buenos Aires, Atronic
International organised a technical training for Casino Technicians/ Slot
Managers. In cooperation with its Argentinean spare parts agent, Suzo and
service contractor for Argentina and Uruguay, Sabid, Atronic invited all
its Argentinean and Uruguayan customers.
Initially planned as a training for close to 30 people, registrations by more than 50 people overturned the plan to hold just one workshop. With a training room only seating 25, Atronic had to re-schedule and hold the training twice, one on Thursday, November 29 and one more on Friday, November 30. Both workshops took place in the morning hours, prior to the SAGSE show. Attendees included professionals from Casino Buenos Aires, Casino Club S.A., Codere, Kandiko, Casinos Gala S.A., Casino Magic, Bingo Royal, Casinos del Uruguay and many more. Topics covered in the workshop included a company presentation, hardware features and characteristics of the various software levels for Atronic’s popular Cashline Video Platform as well as training on configurations and progressives. The feedback from all attendants was absolutely positive as, besides from learning a lot about the Atronic products, a lot of useful information was exchanged. Tomas Mieles, Atronic's Technical Manager for Latin America, commented: “We will definitely organise this kind of training sessions regularly in the future as they are a great opportunity to familiarise our customers with our products as well as to get direct customer input for our future product development. Our philosophy is to work closely together with our customers. We listen to their demands and wishes and try to incorporate such input into our product development.” During the last years, Atronic has continuously been improving its products and services for the Latin American market. One major step has been the establishment of alliances with local partner companies in order to reduce lead times for spare parts to a minimum. From January 2002 on, Atronic customers in Uruguay will be able to order spare parts directly from Sabid Uruguay, a company which will continue to do the technical support and services for Atronic machines in Uruguay and Argentina. At the same time, Atronic's Argentinean customers can order spare parts directly from Suzo Argentina. Atronic is confident that these alliances, combined with the company’s global network and regular training sessions, will further contribute to Atronic´s success in Latin America. Atronic is a member of the family owned and operated
Gauselmann Group, which has sold more than 1.6 million machines and 82,000
gaming devices in the year 2000 alone. Atronic is headquartered in
Germany and has offices in Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Peru, South
Africa and the United States. Atronic is dedicated to producing only
the highest quality of entertaining games and products which are being

gaming licenses including the United States with 22 states licenses and
