Atronic Americas LLC, announces the celebration of a highly successful exhibit at this year’s 2001 Global Gaming Expo with an increase in global sales agreements at the show of over 216% from last year’s World Gaming Congress and Expo. Atronic debuted Sphinx II, which combines an innovative 3-tiered bonus with the globally successful theme of Sphinx, as well as new titles including Babooshka, Beetlemania, and Chickendales. Significant in this industry, Atronic’s featured games, including Sphinx II, were available for sale at the show.
Another exciting event of the show was the Atronic Adventure contest which gave customers the chance to uncover a hidden treasure beneath a scratch card that was previously sent out in a direct mail and also placed in 3 major industry trade journals. The grand prize “Trip of A Lifetime” to Egypt was won by Sam Fernando of Sam Holding Company SA in Peru. The second prizes were 3 luxurious sarcophagi bookcases which went to Tami Couchman of the Empress Joliet, Steve Bonner of the Lodge, and Dan Roy of Stations Casinos. Third prizes included Sphinx II t-shirts and luggage tags which were both extremely popular. Yet amongst all of Atronic’s successes at G2E, none were greater than the number of sales agreements made at the show. In comparison to Atronic’s performance at World Gaming Expo last year, Atronic has increased its global sales agreements by more than 216%. “The significant part about our sales performance this year is that Atronic only took sales leads for games that are already submitted to the labs as opposed to last year when Atronic took orders for any game regardless of its submittal status. Our performance this year was outstanding and unmatchable.” Remarked Joe Bailo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Atronic. Atronic and sister company Atronic International are members of the family owned and operated Gauselmann Group, which has sold more than 1.6 million machines and 82,000 gaming devices in the year 2000 alone. Atronic is headquartered in Germany and has offices in Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Peru, South Africa and the United States. Atronic is dedicated to producing only the highest quality of entertaining games and products which are being operated in 69 countries worldwide. Atronic holds a total of 129 gaming licenses including the United States with 22 states licenses and 97 Indian Gaming licenses. To find out more information about Atronic, please
