The ideal candidate will provide a professional standard of security within a challenging environment with the emphasis on supporting the Chief Security Officer.  You would have been working in a similar position within the UK and preferably hold a Personal Function Licence issued by The Gambling Commission. The newly refurbished G Casino Newcastle is looking to recruit a Service Manager with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team in a customer-focused environment.

You will be self-motivated, working closely with all casino teams ensuring the club offers exceptional customer service.

This is a wide-ranging role which covers different areas of the running of the casino such as the performance of the gaming offer, delivery of the very best service and entertainment to our customers & the development and implementation of a “Best in Class” training for our employees.

Preferably, you should hold a Personal Management Licence as you will be required to manage shifts, or be prepared to apply for one after any training that may be necessary. The position reports to the General Manager.

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Director is responsible for leading the corporate strategic marketing planning at all properties in our international network including database marketing, player development, junkets, events and promotions, advertising and creative and public relations. 

The Marketing Director will lead and remotely manage Senior Marketing Managers in 7 countries with planned growth in 2010 and 2011. 
 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of upper management and leadership experience involving marketing, promotions, public relations, casino marketing, and advertising strongly preferred
  • Casino industry experience required
  • Previous experience developing and managing junket based business
  • Tertiary education in related area is desirable
  • Must possess excellent communication, organizational, people management and analytical skills
  • Experience with effective planning/implementation techniques, program/system planning, budgeting, decision-making, staff development, statistical reporting and cost benefit analysis required;
  • Must have the ability to effectively interact with staff members at all levels of the organization
  • Must have the ability to effectively organize materials, set priorities, and provide feedback or follow up
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to serve multiple properties simultaneously
  • Must have excellent computer skill (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various property management systems)
  • International experience a plus however not essential.
The position is based in Head Office Moscow, Russia with regular international travel required.
